Election Notice
– Calling for Nomination –

It is the pleasure of the Council to announce that Election 2010 now commences, starting with this invitation of nominations.  The seats for election are:

Council Member 5
Council Member 6
Council Member 7
Council Member 8
Student Member 1
Student Member 2

The full list of the current Council Members is at Annex A for your reference.  The list includes the term of each Council Member, and the posts that are for this year’s election.

The nomination form is enclosed at Annex B for your use.  Please make your nominations, complete the form, have it properly signed by you and the nominees, and return it to the Honorary Secretary by fax (Fax No. 2915 7616) or email (hkiplann@netvigator.com) before 5:30 p.m. on 7 April 2010 (Wednesday).  Should the nomination form be sent by post, please send to the following address, and ensure sufficient mail time prior to the due date/time:

Please also note that the nominees are requested to provide a short paragraph of not more than 250 words to introduce him/herself.
