The Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) Awards 2023 – Invitation for Submissions

The Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) Awards are given each year to honour the outstanding achievements of our members and related professionals in town planning. Through the delivery of Awards, we wish to raise public awareness in good planning principles and practice, and to encourage pursuit of excellence amongst planners in Hong Kong, mainland China and neighbouring areas.

Young Planners Awards (YPA) are introduced to reward active participation and contribution of our young planners to the planning profession in particular and community affairs in general, as well as to promote and foster professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm amongst themselves.

Celebrating the 30th anniversary, we are now inviting entries for HKIP Awards and YPA 2023.  Starting from this year, prior registration is required before submission of entries.  The deadlines for registration and submission are 2 February 2024 (Friday) and 12 April 2024 (Friday) respectively. Details of the submission requirements are set out in the Awards pamphlet.

Submissions shall be made in electronic format (by uploading onto cloud drive) to encourage environmentally friendly practice.
