Registration
For registration, simply fill in the registration form and submit to our Conference Secretariat by 17 May 2009 (Fri). In order to take advantage of the early bird rate, registration forms with payment have to be submitted before 17 April 2009. Formal confirmation will only be made upon receipt of crossed cheque or a copy of receipt of telegraphic transfer.
