Requirements

● Master Degree Holder in Urban Planning or equivalent;

● Minimum of 2 years working experiences in town planning (for Assistant Town Planner );

● Minimum of 5 years working experiences in town planning (for Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Full Membership of HKIP or equivalent membership of other Professional Institution (For Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Good Project management and coordination skills of town planning projects;

● Client Management and Business Development (for Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Very good leadership skill in communicating with professional consultants (for Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Good commercial/marketing sense to the property market is an advantage (for Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Very good command of written English and Chinese;

● Proficiency in various computer skills ;

● Strong coordination, communication and presentation skills; and

● Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

● Preparation of various applications in relation to town planning or surveying;

● Project coordination and management; and

● Liaison with Professional Consultants and Government departments; and

● Client Management and Business Development
