Entry Requirements

Candidates should have a relevant town planning degree.

 

 Job Summary

  • Prepare planning applications

  • Liaise with Planning Dept and clients on town planning issues

  • Prepare study reports and liaise with sub-consultants, team members and clients to deliver study reports in a timely manner

Responsibilities

  • Develop town planning and infrastructure study capably

  • Deliver high standard reports

  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and Government dept

 

Requirement

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Initiative, self-motivated, and can work independently

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
