Extension of the Memorandum of Understanding between HKIP and VUPDA

We are pleased to announce that the HKIP and the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association (VUPDA) have signed an extension to our current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 18 December 2025. 

The extension of our agreement reflects our belief that collaboration is essential to addressing the challenges we both face. Looking ahead, our partnership will provide a strong platform for collaboration and the exchange of knowledge, enabling all the planners to collectively shape better solutions and design more sustainable and inclusive urban spaces.
