Assistant Town Planner / Senior Town Planner (Aikon Development Consultancy Limited)

Requirements

● Degree / Master holder in Urban Planning or equivalent (for Assistant Town Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Minimum of 2 / 4 year working experiences in town planning (for Assistant Town

Planner / Senior Town Planner);

● Possession of Full Membership of HKIP or equivalent membership of other

Professional Institution (for Senior Town Planner);

● For Senior Town Planner post, experience in the project management / team

leadership of planning and urban design projects an advantage;

Possesses 

● Very good command of written English;

● Proficiency in various computer skills ;

● Strong coordination, communication and presentation skills; and

● Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

 ● Preparation of various applications in relation to town planning or surveying;

● Project coordination and management; and

● Liaison with Professional Consultants and Government departments.
