We are looking for Project Manager / Officer

We are looking for Project Manager/Officer to join our team to support our projects.

Responsibilities

•       Monitoring of development, infrastructure and environmental issues

•       Site visits of unauthorized and inappropriate development

•       Preparing submissions to Town Planning Board, LegCo, DCs, EPD, and others

•       Handling and control of project documents

•       Supporting the preparation of relevance management system documentation for projects

•       Liaison with different groups of stakeholders

•       Support Designing Hong Kong’s projects and events when required

Requirements

•       Degree holder or proven interest in social sciences, humanities, urban planning, or related disciplines

•       Community and/or planning related work experience an advantage

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•       Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple work priorities, attention to details and organisational skills

•       Team player with the ability to take initiatives and self-motivated in a dynamic and collaborative project team environment-motivated, and able to work independently.

•       Fluent in Cantonese and English
