Senior / Associate Level – Town Planner or Urban Designer or Landscape Architect or Architect / Projects Manager - TOWNLAND CONSULTANTS LTD.

Location:      Shenzhen or Hong Kong

The TOWNLAND Group is a leading international multi-disciplinary planning and design consultancy, providing professional urban and regional planning, development consultancy, master planning, urban design, landscape architecture, architecture and related services to Governments, Agencies and Private Sector Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong, P.R. China, India, Indonesia and across the Asia Pacific Region. We are seeking appropriate candidates primarily for our expanding workload in P.R. China and the Region.  The position will be based either in our Shenzhen office or our Hong Kong office (subject to negotiation). 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Urban Planning, Master Planning/Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

  • Membership / Qualification in Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) / Hong Kong Institute of Urban Designers (HKIUD), recognized Mainland China qualifications, or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience (applicants with less experience will be considered for Assistant level positions).

 Applicants are expected to:

  • Possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills in both Putonghua (essential), and English and solid analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Be proactive, highly motivated and well organized, with an ability to work independently and under pressure and to meet critical project deadlines.

  • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to manage Project Teams as well as an ability to interface with Clients and manage/build Client networks.

  • Have excellent technical knowledge in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop).

  • Have experience in a diversity of planning and design projects.

  • Be willing to undertake regular travel around P.R. China.

  • 主動，積極進取和高水平的組織能力，能夠獨立工作並承受壓力消除和可以解決重要項目

  • 具有良好的人際和組織能力來管理項目團隊，並具備與客人互動／建立客户的人脈

  • 具有設計軟件方面的技術和知識（例如：AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop)
